Lagoon Point Landscape is a residential-focused design-build firm rooted on Whidbey Island, primarily serving Island, Skagit and Jefferson County, along with the greater Puget Sound region.

Disciplined in design, construction, landscape, hardscape, and the spaces in-between, we bring an artistic approach to each project we bring to life.

Established by Founder and Principal, Tristan Carney, licensed general contractor, the practice brings together experience in design and construction with marketing expertise developed in real estate and architecture.

We approach every detail holistically—with attention to proportion, material, context and the relationship between built and natural environments.
